Bayramiyyah of Qadiriyyah for Sufi-Sunni Islam Now!!!

Sufi-Sunni Muslims have been around longer than Sunni Muslims. Non-Sunni Muslims are not academically genuine in light of the historical continuity of the Salaf, just as Sufi-lacking Sunni Muslims are not genuinely Sunni in light of the historical continuity of the Salaf. Islam can be divided into 4 kinds of Islam. Only 2 are accurate in the Islamic practices. Only 1 carries the accurate Islamic Religion. We do wish to make clear that we bear no ill will against the other versions of Islam; ours is but the academic practice that seeks to take in full Islam instead of fractured Islam. Sufism is a word that can mean more than one thing, but in the general perspective it's the Mystical knowledge of Abraham. Sufism is not always Islamic; it can be Jewish, Bahá'í or even Zoroastrian. Sufi Islam came later than Sufi-Sunni Islam, Sunni Islam and even Shia Islam. Now any Muslim whether he or she is a Sufi-Sunni, Sunni, Shia or a Sufi could very well be a sincere and devout Muslim, so we implore that no one misuses these words to say harmful things to fellow Muslims who may simply be confused about Islam.

Sufi-Sunni Islam is quite simply Islam. However, not everyone agrees what a Muslim is, due to the new and recent anti-Shariah Muslims of Turkey and Saudi Arabia. So this Journalist Blog stands to provide the Cause for Sufi-Sunni Islam.
Bayramiyyah of Qadiriyyah has decided to hand out the knowledge needed to all Muslims in order that you can learn how to research the Text of Imam Birgivi and how his work fully related to Qur'an, Sunnah, Hadith, Shariah and Caliphate. Inshallah & Allah Knows best.

This is Sufi-Sunni Islam

We question the full integrity of Shia Islam, Gnostic Christianity and Karaite Judaism.

However, this does not mean we are against these groups or think they need to be destroyed, in fact, it is this attitude that leads us in to darkness. Loosing Mercy will be to devastating. Losing sight of how Salafi and Ṭarīqah are balanced will also destroy the survival for Qadiryyah which in turn destroys the survival of the whole Muslim World. We the Sufi-Sunni Muslims of Qadiriyyah, Suhrawardiyya, Ba'Alawi tarqa and Badawiyyah have come to the problem of persevering the Oldest of us The Qadiriyyah. To do this, we need Muslims to Keep Qur'an and Sunnah, then we need every Muslim to have the full Six Strong Hadiths in all their volumes. Then We need every Muslim to have Vasiyyetname and Al-Tariqah Al-Muhammadiyah. By this Sufi-Sunni Islam is Persevered it is also by this that the 4 Shariah Schools will be Restored.

Proposal from the Sufi-Sunni Muslims in May of 2001 to The Real Wicca Church in Phoenix Arizona.

Proposal from the Sufi-Sunni Muslims in May of 2001 to The Real Wicca Church in Phoenix Arizona.

In May of 2001, the Sufi-Sunni Muslims gave the Real Wicca Church in Phoenix Arizona a very generous offer.

This was before the Patriot Act that limits the Freedom of Americans.

The Imam Yosef Kaba Bin Sujiman of Mesa Ottoman Center met with Lady Luna the Wiccan High Priestess of The Firebird Real Wicca Church.

It was explained that Shariah was the First System to guarantee Freedom of Religion as The highest and most uncompromising Human Right, Imam Yoseph Kaba Bin Sujiman openly told Lady Luna that he believed that Polygamy was not a sin and that homosexuality was an abomination. Lady Luna proclaimed that she believed that homosexuality was proof we are made in the image of Goddess and God and, therefore, we are not animals.

She went further to explained all forms of group sex and polygamy were an abomination in Wicca.

Imam Yoseph Kaba Bin Sujiman and Lady Luna recognized each other that they were Both Religions and not Cults.

An agreement was Made that Under the Umbrella of Islam Wicca would be allowed to practice all of it's religious rites, without fear of persecution they went to New York City to meet with Rav Jason Huston the Grand Master of the Rasta KenFolk.

And spent the rest of the Year in New York City until September 11 2001 when they both died in the Trade Center. They were eating Halal foods discussing their disapproval of capitalism while going over the dark past of the The United states of America.

Neo-Nazis terrorists destroyed several Religious Centers in 2004 and 2005, most of them were Islamic. Sadly, the Firebird Real Wicca Church was burnt down.

Much earlier than that the Mesa Ottoman Center was blown up by a Neo-Nazi terrorist a member of the Aryan nation. No News coverage was given that was 3 weeks after the Towers were destroyed in 2001.

On True Islam

So What is the Difference Between Sufi Muslim, Sufi-Sunni Muslim and Sufi?

Difference between the Sufi, the Sufi-Sunni Muslim and the Sufi Muslim is not really explained on Wikipedia.

One of the Primary aims of this Note is to try to correct severe errors of the Sufi in General.

The Very words Sufi or Sufism can be Quite Misleading to those who don't understand the Flexible Principles of Tasawwuf.

Generally a Sufi could be Sunni Muslim, Shia Muslim, neither or both. In creation causes the Sufi is even non-Muslim entirely.

Sufis or Dervishes are mystics with Islamic based principles taking the message of Fatwah System of Rumi to a strictly literal level.

Although this is not an evil religion in any way, it is, however, not pure in Islam. This is what the word Sufism should mean in the correct context.

Sufi Muslims were originally Shia Muslims who were later denounced by the Shia this is What became Sufi Islam

Sufi Islam, as a result, has almost completely stepped out of Shia Islam to the point were they can't even be called Shia.

The Word Sufi is a Newer Term for a Type of Aramaic Mystic that is Traceable to Abraham.

Sufi whirling is not Prohibited in Qur'an, Sunnah or Hadith and all Four Shariah Schools of Thought interpretation of

Qur'an, Sunnah and Hadith differ in ever Shariah Train of Thought.

The correct Arabic Word for Sufi is Tasawwuf, The True Hebrew word for Sufi is Yavufi.

The old Hebrew word Yavufi is Related to the Hebrew word Ivrit. Ivrit is the Hebrew word for Hebrew.

By definition, the first Hebrew was Abraham.

The Arabic Word for Sufi-Sunni Muslim is

Al Qur'an Al Sunnah Al Hadith Al Shariah Al Tasawwuf Moo'slim.

Or Al Qur'an Al Sunnah Al Hadith Al Shariah Al Tasawwuf Al Fatwah Muslim.

In English, this is rendered Sufi-Sunni Muslim.

Sufi-Sunni Islam uses all Four shariah Schools of thought. Variety is most encouraged in Sufi-Sunni Islam, long as balance and void of contradiction can be maintained all Fatwah of Sufi-Sunni Islam is filtered through Sufi saints mostly Rumi.

The words of Jalal ad-Din Muhammad Balkhi or Rumi are interpreted strictly in accordance with first Shariah, and then Pre-Muhammad Tasawwuf mystic thought, which is mostly found in ancient Abrahamic Tradition. This is in some Tasawwuf archives, but, to a limited extent, Rumi's philosophy is the foundation of Bida Sufism and his personal opinions do not represent Tasawwuf archives. He emerged at a time of major corruption in the Islamic World so he represents an Abrahamic Renewalist rather than a Muslim.

This Ultra Orthodox form of Islam is the Both a Spiritual and an intensely strict one. The things separating Sufi-Sunni Islam from other Sufi Paths is the Fact that this is a Very Strict and Fundamental form of Sunni Islam and, therefore, Sufi-Sunni Muslims believe that War can be necessary at times, unlike other Sufi Paths.

Sufi-Sunni Islam is Deeply Rooted in all four Shariah Schools of thought so the Qur'an, Sunnah and Hadith are both flexible and uncompromisable as was Muhammad. Yet they find other Sunni Sects to be either rigged or irreligious. Yet because, they deeply Believe in compassionate Love for All as well as Acceptance for all religions of honorable virtue they also acknowledge Other Sunni Branches of Islam, (to an extent).

Sufi-Sunni Islam is the OLD-Ottoman Religion of Islam, but it completely predates The Rise of the Ottoman it is also the Religion of Muhammad himself.

Sufi-Sunni Muslims will Recognize Sufis and Sufi Muslims as religions of honorable virtue, but not the Same is provided for Shia although Shia are given Religious Relights they are not even considered honorable, vitreous or even Muslim, and; therefore, Eastern Christians, Jews and Sabeans are given Higher Status. The Shi'ites are called the Sectarian Muslims of Religious innovation. Never the less they are treated Humanly by Sufi-Sunni Muslims. Surprisingly The Voice of Sufi-Sunni Islam concerning Wahhabi Islam; "Wahhabi are thought of as true Sunni Muslims despite the rigidity in their errors, in interpretation of various texts, and the primary reason for this is they know and understand that the deviation of Al Shia is one of danger for the whole of Muslim society". This is one of the Few things that Sufi-Sunni Muslims and Wahhabi Muslims agree on.

SURVIVING BRANCHES OF SUFI-SUNNI ISLAM

The fall of the Ottoman Empire was devastating to it's Primary Religion Sufi-Sunni Islam. This caused friction throughout the East that continues today. The Ṭarīqah of a Sufi-Sunni Muslim determines his awareness of Valor and Peace. Most every ṭarīqah is determined by the Sufi-Sunni Islamic Orders, many of which have been wiped out. Yet not only has Sufi-Sunni Islam survived, it is regaining it's numbers both because of Shariah restoration and because of popularity of Ottoman Restoration.

#1 Qadiriyyah the Oldest and largest Sufi-Sunni Islamic Order is a Salafi Group it is also the Only Salafi Mystic Order. #2 Suhrawardiyya #3 Ba'Alawi tarqa and #4 Even the Badawiyyah are a Sufi-Sunni Islamic Order that survives in large numbers too but this Branch is in Hiding collecting proofs from the old Orders of Old Ottoman Unity targeted by Pan-Turkism.

Ṭarīqah Community of Qadiriyyah can be found in Afghanistan, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Balkans and Morocco.

Qadiriyyah is reemerging in Turkey. The Turkish Republic is unhappy about this because not only has it gained respect from Sunni Muslims who are joining, but Eastern Christians and Sephardi Jews have been endorsing them. Possibly Restoration of the Qadiriyyah Ottoman Caliphate is seen as a threat to Pan-Turkism recondition of Armenian Genocide is not something Turkey is in favor of and the Qadiriyyah Ottoman Caliphiyyah recognize this Genocide, and they have kept many records about it.

Qadiriyyah teaches it's Students that Pan-Arabism (in that is included Pan-Turkism, Pan-Balkanism and Pan-Mideasternism) is from Satan and potentially worse than Zionism. Qadiriyyah teaches that the Armenian Genocide really did Happen and that Pan-Turkism is to Blame. The Republic of Turkey is very upset with Qadiriyyah and fear Revolt from its Turkish Citizens.

Qadiriyyah are Old-Ottoman Loyalists and are vocal Anti-Pan Nationalists they are setting up the Salafi Mystic Caliphate in Pakistan and Indonesia this Revised Ottoman System is still underground.

They are also in China, but because China forbids religion, and Qadiriyyah preach freedom of Religion as one of the highest principals of Shariah, they are hunted. The have the respect of almost every sect of Buddhism. Qadiriyyah is also not very welcome by China because Chinese Government strongly enforces Atheism.

Armenian Genocide

The Armenian Genocide happened. It's not up for debate.

What's happening today in Gaza is not up for debate and the Holocaust is not up for debate.

The Armenian Genocide (Armenian: Հայոց Ցեղասպանություն, translit.: Hayoc’ C’eġaspanout’youn; Turkish: Ermeni Soykırımı and Ermeni Kıyımı)—also known as the Armenian Holocaust, the Armenian Massacres and, by Armenians, as the Great Crime (Մեծ Եղեռն, Mec Yeġeṙn, Armenian pronunciation: [mɛts jɛˈʁɛrn])—refers to the deliberate and systematic destruction of the Armenian population of the Pan-Turkists who hijacked Ottoman Empire during and just after World War I. It was implemented through wholesale massacres and deportations, with the deportations consisting of forced marches under conditions designed to lead to the death of the deportees. The total number of resulting Armenian deaths is generally held to have been between one and one and a half million. Other ethnic groups were similarly attacked by the Ottoman Empire during this period, including Assyrians and Greeks, and some scholars consider those events to be part of the same policy of extermination.

It is widely acknowledged to have been one of the first modern genocides, as scholars point to the systematic, organized manner in which the killings were carried out to eliminate the Armenians, and it is the second most-studied case of genocide after the Holocaust. The word genocide was coined in order to describe these events.

The starting date of the genocide is conventionally held to be April 24, 1915, the day that Ottoman authorities arrested some 250 Armenian intellectuals and community leaders in Constantinople. Thereafter, the Ottoman military uprooted Armenians from their homes and forced them to march for hundreds of miles, depriving them of food and water, to the desert of what is now Syria. Massacres were indiscriminate of age or gender, with rape and other sexual abuse commonplace. The majority of Armenian diaspora communities were founded as a result of the Armenian genocide.

The Republic of Turkey, the successor state of the Ottoman Empire, denies the word genocide is an accurate description of the events (see, Denial of the Armenian Genocide). In recent years, it has faced repeated calls to accept the events as genocide. To date, twenty countries have officially recognized the events of the period as genocide, and most genocide scholars and historians accept this historic fact.

Armenia had largely come under Ottoman rule during the fifteenth and 16th centuries. The vast majority of Armenians, grouped together under the name Armenian millet (community), was concentrated in the eastern provinces of the Ottoman Empire, although significantly large communities were also found in the western provinces, as well as the capital Constantinople. With the exception of the empire's urban centers and the extremely wealthy, Constantinople-based Amira class, a social elite whose members included the Duzians (Directors of the Imperial Mint), the Balyans (Chief Imperial Architects) and the Dadians (Superintendent of the Gunpowder Mills and manager of industrial factories), most Armenians – approximately 70% of the population – lived in poor and dangerous conditions in the rural countryside.

There, the Armenians were subject to the whims of their Turkish and Kurdish neighbors, who would regularly overtax them, subject them to brigandage and kidnapping, force them to convert to Islam and otherwise exploit them without any interference from central or local authorities. In the Ottoman Empire, in accordance with the Sufi-Sunni Muslim system, they, like all other Christians, were accorded granted rights for freedoms under Shariah law(such as the right to worship).

Reform implementation, 1840s–1880s

Beginning in the mid-19th century, the three major European powers, Great Britain, France and Russia (known as the Great Powers), took issue with the Empire's system by westernization leading to rivalship causing the Rise of Pan-Turkism. Starting in 1839 and ending with the declaration of a constitution in 1876, the Ottoman government implemented a series of reforms, known as the Tanzimat, to emancipate non-Muslims, although these all proved largely ineffective. By the late 1870s, the Greeks, along with several countries of the Balkans, frustrated with their conditions, had, because of westernized pressure made deals with the Powers, with the new found destitution of Ottoman rule. Armenians, for the most part, remained passive during these years, earning them the title of millet-i sadika or the "loyal millet".

In the mid-1860s and early 1870s, the Armenians, inspired by the Enlightenment ideals of universal equality and civic rights, began to ask for better treatment from the Ottoman government. After amassing the signatures of peasants from Western Armenia (where the bulk of the Armenian population in the empire was concentrated), the Armenian Communal Council petitioned to the Ottoman government to redress the issues that the peasants complained about: "the looting and murder in Armenian towns by [Muslim] Kurds and Circassians, improprieties during tax collection, criminal behavior by government officials and the refusal to accept Christians as witnesses in trial". The Pan-Turkist government considered these grievances and promised to punish those responsible, though no such steps were taken.

Following the violent suppression of Christians in the uprisings in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria and Serbia in 1875, the Great Powers invoked the 1856 Treaty of Paris by claiming that it gave them the right to intervene and protect the Ottoman Empire's Christian minorities. Under growing pressure, the government of Sultan Abdul Hamid II declared itself a constitutional monarchy (which was almost immediately prorogued) and entered into negotiations with the powers. At the same time, the Armenian patriarchate of Constantinople headed by Nerses II, forwarded Armenian complaints of widespread "forced land seizure ... forced conversion of women and children, arson, protection extortion, rape, and murder" to the Powers.

After the conclusion of the 1877–1878 Russo-Turkish War, Armenians began to look more towards the Russian Empire as the ultimate guarantors of their security. Nerses approached the Russian leadership during its negotiations with the Ottomans in San Stefano and in the eponymous treaty, convinced them to insert a clause, Article 16, that stipulated that Russian forces occupying the Armenian provinces would only withdraw with the full implementation of Ottoman reforms. Great Britain was troubled with Russia holding on to so much Ottoman territory and forced it to enter into new negotiations with the convening of the Congress of Berlin on June 13, 1878. Armenians also entered into these negotiations and emphasized that they sought autonomy, not independence from the Ottoman Empire. They partially succeeded as Article 61 of the Treaty of Berlin contained the same text as Article 16 but removed any mention that Russian forces would remain in the provinces; instead, the Ottoman government was to periodically inform the Great Powers of the progress of the reforms.

Armenian national movement

At the end of the nineteenth century, the Armenians initiated their own campaign for autonomy following the example of Greece, Serbia and Bulgaria of national awakening and territorial independence. Armenian cultural consciousness accompanied with nationalism aimed at achieving a nation state inside Ottoman territories. Armenians organised politically in 1870s and soon after staged their first revolts. Already in June 1880 the British consul warned that the Armenian movement had started the purchase of weaponry and calling on the Armenian people to prepare. Ottoman authority was challenged in Zeitun in 1881 and reports from elsewhere describe allegations of Armenian plots and arrests of conspirators. During this period, numerous Armenian political organisations such as the Black Cross party of Van, the Armenaks, the Union of Armenian Patriots in Istanbul and the Defenders of the motherland movement in Erzurum were formed. The largest and most effective Armenian revolutionary organisations were established outside the Ottoman Empire in places such as Russia and Europe.

Hamidian Massacres, 1894–1896

Since 1876, the Ottoman state had been led by Sultan Abdul Hamid II. From the beginning of the reform period after the signing of the Berlin treaty, Hamid II attempted to stall their implementation and asserted that Armenians did not make up a majority in the provinces and that Armenian reports of abuses were largely exaggerated or false. In 1890, Hamid II created a paramilitary outfit known as the Hamidiye which was made up of Kurdish irregulars who were tasked to "deal with the Armenians as they wished". As Ottoman officials intentionally provoked rebellions (often as a result of over-taxation) in Armenian populated towns, such as in Sasun in 1894 and Zeitun in 1895–1896, these regiments were increasingly used to deal with the Armenians by way of oppression and massacre. In some instances, Armenians successfully fought off the regiments and brought the excesses to the attention of the Great Powers in 1895 who subsequently condemned the Porte. The Powers forced Hamid to sign a new reform package designed to curtail the powers of the Hamidiye in October 1895 which, like the Berlin treaty, was never implemented. On October 1, 1895, 2,000 Armenians assembled in Constantinople to petition for the implementation of the reforms but Ottoman police units converged towards the rally and violently broke it up. Soon, massacres of Armenians broke out in Constantinople and then engulfed the rest of the Armenian-populated provinces of Bitlis, Diyarbekir, Erzerum, Harput, Sivas, Trabzon and Van. Estimates differ on how many Armenians were killed, but European documentation of the violence, which became known as the Hamidian massacres, placed the figures from anywhere between 100,000–300,000 Armenians.

Although Hamid was never directly implicated in ordering the massacres, he was suspected of their tacit approval and of not acting to end them. Frustrated with European indifference to the massacres, Armenians from the Dashnaktsutiun political party seized the European-managed Ottoman Bank on August 26, 1896. This incident brought further sympathy for Armenians in Europe and was lauded by the European and American press, which vilified Hamid and painted him as the "great assassin" and "bloody Sultan". While the Great Powers vowed to take action and enforce new reforms, these never came into fruition due to conflicting political and economic interests.

Dissolution of the Empire and Rise of Pan-Turkism

Young Turk Revolution, 1908

On July 24, 1908, Armenians' hopes for equality in the empire brightened once more when a coup d'état staged by officers in the Turkish Third Army based in Salonika removed Abdul Hamid from power and restored the country back to a constitutional monarchy. The officers were part of the Young Turk movement that wanted to reform administration of the decadent state of the Ottoman Empire and modernize it to European standards. The movement was an anti-Hamidian coalition made up of two distinct groups: the secular liberal constitutionalists and the nationalists; the former was more democratic and accepted Armenians into their wing whereas the latter was more intolerant in regard to Armenian-related issues and their frequent requests for European assistance. In 1902, during a congress of the Young Turks held in Paris, the heads of the liberal wing, Sabahheddin Bey and Ahmed Riza, partially persuaded the nationalists to include in their objectives to ensure some rights to all the minorities of the empire.

Among the numerous factions of the Young Turks also included the political organization Committee of Union and Progress (CUP). Originally a secret society made up of army officers based in Salonika, the CUP proliferated amongst military circles as more army mutinies took place throughout the empire. In 1908, elements of the Third Army and the Second Army Corps declared their opposition to the Sultan and threatened to march on the capital to depose him. Hamid, shaken by the wave of resentment, stepped down from power as Armenians, Greeks, Arabs, Bulgarians and Turks alike rejoiced in his dethronement.

Adana Massacre, 1909

A countercoup took place on April 13, 1909. Some Ottoman military elements, joined by Islamic theological students, aimed to return control of the country to the Sultan and the rule of Islamic law. Riots and fighting broke out between the reactionary forces and CUP forces, until the CUP was able to put down the uprising and court-martial the opposition leaders. While the movement initially targeted the nascent Young Turk government, it spilled over into pogroms against Armenians who were perceived as having supported the restoration of the constitution. When Ottoman Army troops were called in, many accounts record that instead of trying to quell the violence they actually took part in pillaging Armenian enclaves in Adana province. 15,000–30,000 Armenians were killed in the course of the "Adana Massacre".

Armenian Genocide, 1915–1917 period

On November 2, 1914, the Ottoman Empire entered World War I on the side of the Central Powers. The Middle Eastern theatre of World War I became the scene of action. The combatants were the Ottoman Empire, with some assistance from the other Central Powers, and primarily the British and the Russians among the Allies of World War I. The conflicts at the Caucasus Campaign, the Persian Campaign and the Gallipoli Campaign affected where the Armenian people lived in significant amounts. Before the declaration of war at the Armenian congress at Erzurum, the Ottoman government requested from Ottoman Armenians to facilitate the conquest of Transcaucasia by inciting a rebellion with the Russian Armenians against the tsarist army in the event of a Caucasus front.

Battle of Sarıkamı؛

On December 24, 1914 Minister of War Enver Pasha developed a plan to encircle and destroy the Russian Caucasus Army at Sarıkamı؛, to regain territories lost to Russia after the Russo-Turkish War of 1877–1878. Enver Pasha's forces were routed at the Battle of Sarikamis, and almost destroyed.

In the summer of 1914, Armenian volunteer units were established under the Russian Armed forces. As the Russian Armenian conscripts had already been sent to the European Front, this force was uniquely established from Armenians that were not Russian or who were not obligated to serve. An Ottoman representative, Karekin Bastermadjian (Armen Karo), was also brought into to this force. Initially they had 20,000 men, but it was reported that their number subsequently increased. Returning to Constantinople, Enver publicly blamed his defeat on Armenians in the region having actively sided with the Russians.

Labor battalions, February 25

On February 25, 1915, The War minister Enver Pasha sent an order to all military units that Armenians in the active Ottoman forces be demobilized and assigned to the unarmed Labour battalion (Turkish: amele taburlari). Enver Pasha explained this decision as "out of fear that they would collaborate with the Russians". As a tradition, the Ottoman Army drafted non-Muslim males only between the ages of 20 and 45 into the regular army. The younger (15–20) and older (45–60) non-Muslim soldiers had always been used as logistical support through the labor battalions. Before February, some of the Armenian recruits were utilized as laborers (hamals), though they would ultimately be executed.

Transferring Armenian conscripts from active field (armed) to passive, unarmed logistic section was an important aspect of the subsequent genocide. As reported in "The Memoirs of Naim Bey", the extermination of the Armenians in these battalions was part of a premeditated strategy on behalf of the Committee of Union and Progress. Many of these Armenian recruits were executed by local Turkish gangs.

Events at Van, April 1915

On April 19, 1915, Jevdet Bey demanded that the city of Van immediately furnish him 4,000 soldiers under the pretext of conscription. However, it was clear to the Armenian population that his goal was to massacre the able-bodied men of Van so that there would be no defenders. Jevdet Bey had already used his official writ in nearby villages, ostensibly to search for arms, which had turned into wholesale massacres. The Armenians offered five hundred soldiers and to pay exemption money for the rest in order to buy time, however, Djevdet accused Armenians of "rebellion," and spoke of his determination to "crush" it at any cost. "If the rebels fire a single shot," he declared, "I shall kill every Christian man, woman, and" (pointing to his knee) "every child, up to here".

On April 20, 1915, the armed conflict of the Van Resistance began when an Armenian woman was harassed, and the two Armenian men that came to her aid were killed by Turkish soldiers. The Armenian defenders protected 30,000 residents and 15,000 refugees in an area of roughly one square kilometer of the Armenian Quarter and suburb of Aigestan with 1,500 able bodied riflemen who were supplied with 300 rifles and 1,000 pistols and antique weapons. The conflict lasted until General Yudenich came to rescue them.

Similar reports reached Morgenthau from Aleppo and Van, prompting him to raise the issue in person with Talaat and Enver. As he quoted to them the testimonies of his consulate officials, they justified the deportations as necessary to the conduct of the war, suggesting that complicity of the Armenians of Van with the Russian forces that had taken the city justified the persecution of all ethnic Armenians.

Arrest and deportation of Armenian notables, April 1915

On April 24, 1915, the Red Sunday (Armenian: Կարմիր Կիրակի), was the night which the leaders of Armenians of the Ottoman capital, Constantinople, and later extending to other Ottoman centers were arrested and moved to two holding centers near Ankara by then minister of interior Mehmed Talat Bey with his order on April 24, 1915. These Armenians later deported with the passage of Tehcir Law on 29 May 1915. The date 24 April, Genocide Remembrance Day, commemorates the Armenian notables deported from the Ottoman capital in 1915, as the precursor to the ensuing events. Interior Minister Talat Pasha, who ordered the arrests.

Dardanelles)In his order, order on April 24, 1915, Talat claimed "have long been pursuing to gain an administrative autonomy and this desire is displayed once more, in no uncertain terms, with the inclusion of the Russian Armenians who have assumed a position against us together with the Daschnak Committee in no time in the regions of Zeytûn (Zeitun Resistance (1915)), Bitlis, Sivas, and Van (Van Resistance) in accordance with the decisions they have previously taken (Armenian congress at Erzurum)". By 1914, Ottoman authorities had already begun a propaganda drive to present Armenians living in the Ottoman Empire as a threat to the empire's security. An Ottoman naval officer in the War Office described the planning: In order to justify this enormous crime the requisite propaganda material was thoroughly prepared in Constantinople. [It included such statements as] "the Armenians are in league with the enemy. They will launch an uprising in Istanbul, kill off the Committee of Union and Progress leaders and will succeed in opening the straits (of the On the night of April 24, 1915, the Ottoman government rounded-up and imprisoned an estimated 250 Armenian intellectuals and community leaders. This date coincided with Allied troop landings at Gallipoli after unsuccessful Allied naval attempts to break through the Dardanelles to Constantinople in February and March 1915.

Triple Entente's reaction
On May 24, 1915, the Triple Entente warned the Ottoman Empire that "In view of these new crimes of Turkey against humanity and civilization, the Allied Governments announce publicly to the Sublime Porte that they will hold personally responsible for these crimes all members of the Ottoman Government, as well as those of their agents who are implicated in such massacres."
Eitan Belkind was a Nili member, who infiltrated the Ottoman army as an official. He was assigned to the headquarters of Kamal Pasha. He claims to have witnessed the burning of 5,000 Armenians.
Lt. Hasan Maruf, of the Ottoman army, describes how a population of a village were taken all together, and then burned. The Commander of the Third Army Vehib's 12-page affidavit, which was dated 5 December 1918, was presented in the Trabzon trial series (March 29, 1919) included in the Key Indictment, reporting such a mass burning of the population of an entire village near Mush. that in Bitlis, Mus and Sassoun, "The shortest method for disposing of the women and children concentrated in the various camps was to burn them." And also that, "Turkish prisoners who had apparently witnessed some of these scenes were horrified and maddened at the remembering the sight. They told the Russians that the stench of the burning human flesh permeated the air for many days after."
Trabzon was the main city in Trabzon province; Oscar S. Heizer, the American consul at Trabzon, reports: "This plan did not suit Nail Bey.... Many of the children were loaded into boats and taken out to sea and thrown overboard." The Italian consul of Trabzon in 1915, Giacomo Gorrini, writes: "I saw thousands of innocent women and children placed on boats which were capsized in the Black Sea." The Trabzon trials reported Armenians having been drowned in the Black Sea. Hoffman Philip, the American Charge at Constantinople chargé d'affaires, writes: "Boat loads sent from Zor down the river arrived at Ana, one thirty miles away, with three fifths of passengers missing."
The psychiatrist Robert Jay Lifton writes in a parenthesis when introducing the crimes of Nazi doctors, "Perhaps Turkish doctors, in their participation in the genocide against the Armenians, come closest, as I shall later suggest."
Morphine overdose; During the Trabzon trial series of the Martial court, from the sittings between March 26 and May 17, 1919, the Trabzons Health Services Inspector Dr. Ziya Fuad wrote in a report that Dr. Saib caused the death of children with the injection of morphine. The information was allegedly provided by two physicians (Drs. Ragib and Vehib), both Dr. Saib's colleagues at Trabzons Red Crescent hospital, where those atrocities were said to have been committed.
Toxic gas; Dr. Ziya Fuad and Dr. Adnan, public health services director of Trabzon, submitted affidavits reporting cases in which two school buildings were used to organize children and send them to the mezzanine to kill them with toxic gas equipment. Typhoid inoculation; The Ottoman surgeon, Dr. Haydar Cemal wrote "on the order of the Chief Sanitation Office of the IIIrd Army in January 1916, when the spread of typhus was an acute problem, innocent Armenians slated for deportation at Erzican were inoculated with the blood of typhoid fever patients without rendering that blood ‘inactive’." Jeremy Hugh Baron writes: "Individual doctors were directly involved in the massacres, having poisoned infants, killed children and issued false certificates of death from natural causes. Nazim's brother-in-law Dr. Tevfik Rushdu, Inspector-General of Health Services, organized the disposal of Armenian corpses with thousands of kilos of lime over six months; he became foreign secretary from 1925 to 1938."
Deportations
In May 1915, Mehmed Talat Pasha requested that the cabinet and Grand Vizier Said Halim Pasha legalize a measure for relocation and settlement of Armenians to other places due to what Talat Pasha called "the Armenian riots and massacres, which had arisen in a number of places in the country." However, Talat Pasha was referring specifically to events in Van and extending the implementation to the regions in which alleged "riots and massacres" would affect the security of the war zone of the Caucasus Campaign. Later, the scope of the immigration was widened in order to include the Armenians in the other provinces. On 29 May 1915, the CUP Central Committee passed the Temporary Law of Deportation ("Tehjir Law"), giving the Ottoman government and military authorization to deport anyone it "sensed" as a threat to national security. The "Tehjir Law" brought some measures regarding the property of the deportees, but during September a new law was proposed. By means of the "Abandoned Properties" Law (Law Concerning Property, Dept's and Assets Left Behind Deported Persons, also referred as the "Temporary Law on Expropriation and Confiscation"), the Ottoman government took possession of all "abandoned" Armenian goods and properties. Ottoman parliamentary representative Ahmed Riza protested this legislation: It is unlawful to designate the Armenian assets as “abandoned goods” for the Armenians, the proprietors, did not abandon their properties voluntarily; they were forcibly, compulsorily removed from their domiciles and exiled. Now the government through its efforts is selling their goods...If we are a constitutional regime functioning in accordance with constitutional law we can’t do this. This is atrocious. Grab my arm, eject me from my village, then sell my goods and properties, such a thing can never be permissible. Neither the conscience of the Ottomans nor the law can allow it. On 13 September 1915, the Ottoman parliament passed the "Temporary Law of Expropriation and Confiscation", stating that all property, including land, livestock, and homes belonging to Armenians, was to be confiscated by the authorities. With the implementation of Tehcir law, the confiscation of Armenian property and the slaughter of Armenians that ensued upon the law's enactment outraged much of the western world. While the Ottoman Empire's wartime allies offered little protest, a wealth of German and Austrian historical documents has since come to attest to the witnesses' horror at the killings and mass starvation of Armenians. In the United States, The New York Times reported almost daily on the mass murder of the Armenian people, describing the process as "systematic", "authorized" and "organized by the government." Theodore Roosevelt would later characterize this as "the greatest crime of the war."
Death marches
The Armenians were marched out to the Syrian town of Deir ez-Zor and the surrounding desert. A good deal of evidence suggests that the Pan-Ottoman government did not provide any facilities or supplies to sustain the Armenians during their deportation, nor when they arrived. By August 1915, The New York Times repeated an unattributed report that "the roads and the Euphrates are strewn with corpses of exiles, and those who survive are doomed to certain death. It is a plan to exterminate the whole Armenian people." Pan-Turkist troops escorting the Armenians not only allowed others to rob, kill, and rape the Armenians, but often participated in these activities themselves. Deprived of their belongings and marched into the desert, hundreds of thousands of Armenians perished. Naturally, the death rate from starvation and sickness is very high and is increased by the brutal treatment of the authorities, whose bearing toward the exiles as they are being driven back and forth over the desert is not unlike that of slave drivers. With few exceptions no shelter of any kind is provided and the people coming from a cold climate are left under the scorching desert sun without food and water. Temporary relief can only be obtained by the few able to pay officials.
Similarly, Major General Friedrich Freiherr Kress von Kressenstein noted that "The Turkish policy of causing starvation is an all too obvious proof... for the Turkish resolve to destroy the Armenians."
German engineers and laborers involved in building the railway also witnessed Armenians being crammed into cattle cars and shipped along the railroad line. Franz Gunther, a representative for Deutsche Bank which was funding the construction of the Baghdad Railway, forwarded photographs to his directors and expressed his frustration at having to remain silent amid such "bestial cruelty". Major General Otto von Lossow, acting military attaché and head of the German Military Plenipotentiary in the Ottoman Empire, spoke to Ottoman intentions in a conference held in Batum in 1918:
The Turks have embarked upon the "total extermination of the Armenians in Transcaucasia... The aim of Turkish policy is, as I have reiterated, the taking of possession of Armenian districts and the extermination of the Armenians. Talaat's government wants to destroy all Armenians, not just in Turkey but also outside Turkey. On the basis of all the reports and news coming to me here in Tiflis there hardly can be any doubt that the Turks systematically are aiming at the extermination of the few hundred thousand Armenians whom they left alive until now.
Extermination camps
It is estimated that 25 major concentration camps existed, under the command of ھükrü Kaya, one of the right hand-men of Talat Pasha. The majority of the camps were situated near Turkey's modern Iraqi and Syrian borders, and some were only temporary transit camps. Others, such as Radjo, Katma, and Azaz, are said to have been used only temporarily, for mass graves; these sites were vacated by autumn 1915. Some authors also maintain that the camps Lale, Tefridje, Dipsi, Del-El, and Ra's al-'Ain were built specifically for those who had a life expectancy of a few days.
Relief
American Committee for Relief in the Near East is a relief organization established in 1915, just after the deportations, primary aim was to alleviate the suffering of the Armenian people. Henry Morgenthau played a key role in rallying support for the organization. Between 1915 and 1930, distributed humanitarian relief across a wide range of geographical locations. ACRNE eventually spent over ten times of initial estimate, see original estimate, that amount and helped an estimated close to 2,000,000 refugees. In its first year, the ACRNE cared for 132,000 Armenian orphans from Tiflis, Yerevan, Constantinople, Sivas, Beirut, Damascus, and Jerusalem. A relief organization for refugees in the Middle East helped donate over $102 million (budget $117,000,000) [1930 value of dollar] to Armenians both during and after the war.
Te؛kilat-i Mahsusa
The Committee of Union and Progress founded a "special organization" (Turkish: Te؛kilat-i Mahsusa) that participated in the destruction of the Ottoman Armenian community. This organization adopted its name in 1913 and functioned like a special forces outfit, and it has been compared by some scholars to the Nazi Einsatzgruppen.[96] Later in 1914, the Ottoman government influenced the direction the special organization was to take by releasing criminals from central prisons to be the central elements of this newly formed special organization. According to the Mazhar commissions attached to the tribunal as soon as November 1914, 124 criminals were released from Pimian prison. Little by little from the end of 1914 to the beginning of 1915, hundreds, then thousands of prisoners were freed to form the members of this organization. Later, they were charged to escort the convoys of Armenian deportees. Vehib Pasha, commander of the Ottoman Third Army, called those members of the special organization, the “butchers of the human species.”

Trials
In 1919, Sultan Mehmed VI ordered domestic courts-martial to try members of the Committee of Union and Progress (CUP) (Turkish: "Ittihat Terakki") for their role in taking the Ottoman Empire into World War I. The courts-martial blamed the members of CUP for pursuing a war that did not fit into the notion of Millet. The Armenian issue was used as a tool to punish the leaders of the CUP. Most of the documents generated in these courts were later moved to international trials. By January 1919, a report to Sultan Mehmed VI accused over 130 suspects, most of whom were high officials. The military court found that it was the will of the CUP to eliminate the Armenians physically, via its special organization. The 1919 pronouncement reads as follows:
The Court Martial taking into consideration the above-named crimes declares, unanimously, the culpability as principal factors of these crimes the fugitives Talat Pasha, former Grand Vizir, Enver Efendi, former War Minister, struck off the register of the Imperial Army, Cemal Efendi, former Navy Minister, struck off too from the Imperial Army, and Dr. Nazim Efendi, former Minister of Education, members of the General Council of the Union & Progress, representing the moral person of that party;... the Court Martial pronounces, in accordance with said stipulations of the Law the death penalty against Talat, Enver, Cemal, and Dr. Nazim.
The term Three Pashas, which include Mehmed Talat Pasha and Ismail Enver, refers to the triumvirate who had fled the Empire at the end of World War I. At the trials in Constantinople in 1919 they were sentenced to death in absentia. The courts-martial officially disbanded the CUP and confiscated its assets, and the assets of those found guilty. At least two of the three were later assassinated by Armenian vigilantes.
Following the Mudros Armistice, the preliminary Peace Conference in Paris established "The Commission on Responsibilities and Sanctions" in January 1919, which was chaired by U.S. Secretary of State Lansing. Based on the commission's work, several articles were added to the Treaty of Sèvres, and the acting government of the Ottoman Empire, Sultan Mehmed VI and Damat Adil Ferit Pasha, were summoned to trial. The Treaty of Sèvres (August 1920) planned a trial to determine those responsible for the "barbarous and illegitimate methods of warfare... [including] offenses against the laws and customs of war and the principles of humanity". Article 230 of the Treaty of Sèvres required the Ottoman Empire "hand over to the Allied Powers the persons whose surrender may be required by the latter as being responsible for the massacres committed during the continuance of the state of war on territory which formed part of the Ottoman Empire on August 1, 1914."
Various Pan-Turkist politicians, generals, and intellectuals were transferred to Malta, where they were held for some three years while searches were made of archives in Constantinople, London, Paris and Washington to investigate their actions. However, the Inter-allied tribunal attempt demanded by the Treaty of Sèvres never solidified and the detainees were eventually returned to Turkey in exchange for British citizens held by Kemalist Turkey.
On March 15, 1921, former Grand Vizier Talat Pasha was assassinated in the Charlottenburg District of Berlin, Germany, in broad daylight and in the presence of many witnesses. Talat's death was part of "Operation Nemesis", the Armenian Revolutionary Federation's codename for their covert operation in the 1920s to kill the planners of the Armenian Genocide.
The subsequent trial of the assassin, Soghomon Tehlirian, had an important influence on Raphael Lemkin, a lawyer of Polish-Jewish descent who campaigned in the League of Nations to ban what he called "barbarity" and "vandalism". The term "genocide", created in 1943, was coined by Lemkin who was directly influenced by the massacres of Armenians during World War I.
Armenian population, deaths, survivors, 1914 to 1918
While there is no consensus as to how many Armenians lost their lives during the Armenian Genocide, there is general agreement among western scholars that over 500,000 Armenians died between 1914 and 1918. Estimates vary between 600,000 (per the modern Turkish state) to 1,500,000 (per Western scholars) Argentina, and other states. Encyclopوdia Britannica references the research of Arnold J. Toynbee, an intelligence officer of the British Foreign Office, who estimated that 600,000 Armenians "died or were massacred during deportation" in the years 1915–1916.
Hundreds of eyewitnesses, including the neutral United States and the Ottoman Empire's own allies, Germany and Austria-Hungary, recorded and documented numerous acts of state-sponsored massacres. Many foreign officials offered to intervene on behalf of the Armenians, including Pope Benedict XV, only to be turned away by Ottoman government officials who claimed they were retaliating against a pro-Russian insurrection.
The American Committee for Relief in the Near East (ACRNE, or "Near East Relief") was a charitable organization established to relieve the suffering of the peoples of the Near East. The organization was championed by Henry Morgenthau, Sr., American ambassador to the Ottoman Empire. Morgenthau's dispatches on the mass slaughter of Armenians galvanized much support for ACRNE.

Imam Birgivi

Final Codifier of Islam.
Sufi-Sunni Islam is the Remnant of Pure Untainted Islam.
and One Must Read
The Path of Muhammad by Imam Birgivi.
Imam Birgivi foresaw that the Old Ottoman Empire
was Crumbling Fast and would transform into a New Less Religious Empire.

All updates changes or reinterpretations In Sufi-Sunni Islam Must be Approved by
the Words Morals and Ethics of Imam Birgivi.

It is important to note "Guardian of the Flame" is a False Book of Pan-Turkism.
Said Nursî point of View has led to Secularism in Turkey as well as separation of
Sufi Ways and Sunni Ways,
Said Nursî was so desperate to compete against the wicked British that he solid out Islam.
Said Nursî point of Politics led many Armenians to question the declining New Ottoman Empire.
Said Nursî companies led to  Anti-Armenian Racism that continues today in Turkey.
Something more Twisted is happening today in Turkey, something more Twisted that Pan-Turkism
a Neo-Ottomanist Movement
seeking to bring back the
"New Ottoman" but with no Mention of the "Old Ottoman"
The Reason for this is "Old Ottoman" and 'Sufi-Sunni Muslim" IS THE SAME THING Sufi-Sunni Islam is the only Branch of Islam that is Stable, not only is Sufi-Sunni Islam traced back to Muhammad it is the
Brand of Islam that teaches both Salafi and Ṭarīqah and how they really intertwine yet Sufi-Sunni Muslims except other Muslims as Muslims as long as they uphold 2 things Qur'an and Sunnah.
Sufi-Sunni Islam provides real solutions history proves this
Our Greatest success is was with the "Old Ottoman" Empire but we were around
before this we go all the way back to Muhammad and even before this in fact the Prophet was one us.

Neo-Ottomanists work real close with
Deists spreading Taqqiya a False
hood forbidden in Islam.

The "Old Ottoman" A.k.A the "Sufi-Sunni Muslim"
is Diametrically opposed to Both
Pan-Turkists and Neo-Ottomanists.

To this day in Sufi-Sunni Islam we have an unbroken line of Saints.
But the last Great Saint was Imam Birgivi and his sound awareness of
Prophet Muhammad Peace and Blessings be upon him
is clearly against all things that Said Nursî stood for.

Imam Yosef Kaba Bin Sujiman of Mesa Ottoman Center

Imam Yosef Kaba Bin Sujiman had repetitively said that Pakistan and Indonesia were going to be tested on the seniority of  Islam. He made mention that many of them he saw getting brainwashed into Capitalism and Nationalism.
BUT he also said that the Best to join up with Sufi-Sunni Muslims will be those of Pakistan and Indonesia.
As Sufi-Sunni Islam continues to reemerge we are not witnessing this Happening.
Imam Yosef Kaba Bin Sujiman was a Pakistani and after every sermon or lecture he gave he would say Allah Hafiz.
Those from Malaysia was also Had potential he stated numerous times.
He often mentioned Malaysia, he would say the few among them who have Open Hearts have the Qur'an in their Hearts.
Imam Yosef Kaba Bin Sujiman was well practiced in Sufi-Sunni Islam and he was always encouraging Muslims to Learn and Become well versed in Arabic.
Today the Youth of Islam are expressing a shift between those who are Secular and those who Seek Islam.

WHAT IS A WAHHABI MUSLIM? WHAT IS SALAFI?

Let's start with the Word Salafi. Salafi is a Sunni term describing what best translating in English would be Orthodox. When the term Orthodox is applied to anything, it means Original or Correct. The term Wahhabi was invented by the Opponents to the Followers of Muhammad Ibin Abd-Al-Wahhabi. Wahhabi is a term Originally meant to describe (an unfortunately unsuccessful) Revivalist Salafi Movement that was based on the Teachings of the Salafi Scholar Muhammad Ibin Abd-Al-Wahhabi. The biggest mistake made by both Muslims and non-Muslims is that The Wahhabi Muslims were not the ones who infected the Four Shariah Schools and invested in the Haram of Destroying the Ottoman Empire. The Truth is that the Ones who Sold out the Shariah Schools are the Saudis. The Saudi Dynasty is Deist they dress like Muslims, but they are not Muslims at all they are Deists with Mild Arab decent. And The Ottoman Empire has two Eras to it Old Ottoman given by Allah, and New Ottoman, still maintaining most of it's Halal, also incorporated much Haram leading further and further away from The Shariah Authorized Sufi-Sunni Islamic Sultan and Caliph Empire. This made eventual Corruption possible possible.

And the Ones who solid out the New Ottoman System were not the Wahhabi Muslims rather Aal-Shaykh Solid out the New Ottoman System to the Pan-Turkists who infected the Great Empire with Western Haram after Western Haram. Aal-Shaykh does not Determine Wahhabi structure it is Also important to know that only Salafi Creed determines what Wahhabi Muslims hold to Islam. It is important to remind everyone that the Wahhabi Muslims them selves have proven to be a Good branch of Salafi.

Islam is Salafi & Ṭarîqah

Sufi-Sunni Islam is both Salafi and Ṭarîqah. This is purely Abraham, Muhammad, and Caliphate Based. When the Four Diverse Shariah Schools are Restored, it will not by Salafi Sects. It shall be Restored to the Remnant Islamic Religion, and That is the Abrahamic Religion known in English as Sufi-Sunni Islam.  What upsets many of the Salafi sects is that Sufi-Sunni Islam is not a Sect or a Movement rather it is The Remnant of Muhammad's Religion. We are forbidden to Choice Between Salafi and Ṭarîqah.

Bayramiyyah of Qadiriyyah

Bayramiyyah has proven to be the most true branch of Sufi-Sunni Islam.

Sadly, most of the Bayramiyyah has died out due to Pan-Turkists and the trend of Anti-Salafi Ideology, this same Egotistic Ideology is widely spreading throughout the Muslim World.

Bayramiyyah is both Salafi and Tasawwuf. Bayramiyyah is the remnant of pure-Qadiriyyah and Qadiriyyah is the original Islam. This is purely Abraham, Muhammad and Caliphate based. When the Four Diverse Shariah Schools are Restored they shall be Restored, not by Salafi Sects, It shall be Restored to the Remnant Islamic Religion, and That is the Abrahamic Religion known in English as Sufi-Sunni Islam. There is only one Ṭarīqah, and that is Al-Tariqah Al-Muhammadiyah. In English, this translates:" The Path of Muhammad. Al-Tariqah Al-Muhammadiyah was written by Imam Birgivi. Vasiyyetname is the Aqidah of Bayramiyyah, Vasiyyetname, which, in English, is translated: The Last Will and Testament. Vasiyyetname is also written by Imam Birgivi. Imam Birgivi wrote many books, but only Vasiyyetname and Al-Tariqah Al-Muhammadiyah are taking full authority that they follow the highest scholarly importance for all Muslims indeed only the Hadiths, the Sunnah and the Qur'an hold higher authority in the importance of text.

Characteristic of Sufi orders is an emphasis on the unity of all things. This doctrine is expressed in the term Wahdat al-wajud (unity of being). What distinguishes Bayramiyyah as Sufi-Sunni rather than Sufi is the fact that the devotee is introduced to this concept at the beginning of his career rather than at the end as is the case in Stranded Sufi Orders. There are various stages of awareness in the spiritual development of the devotee. Firstly, the devotee must understand that all acts originate from God. Secondly, that all acts are manifestations of God's attributes. Thirdly, that existence is one. Fourthly, that everything is a manifestation of God's knowledge.

Bayramiyyah is an order derived from the Khalwatiyyah tradition. It was founded at Ankara, in Turkey, around the late fourteenth and the early fifteenth century by Hadjdji Bayram-i Wali (d. 1430). On the death of the founder, the order split. One branch followed Ak Shams al-Din, the successor of the founder and came to be known as Bayramiyye-i Shamsiyyah. The other branch, under 'Umar Dede of Bursa, called themselves Malamiyyah-i Bayramiyyah. Later, a third branch, the Djalwatiyyah, emerged under 'Aziz Mahmud Hudai (d.1629). The order continued until 1925 when it was dissolved by the newly established Secular Pan-Turkish state.

Imam Birgivi The Last Great Saint (1522–1573) was a Sufi-Sunni Muslim scholar and moralist who lived during the height of the Old Ottoman Empire and whose texts are used to this day as manuals of spiritual practice throughout the Muslim world.

Born Muhammad ibn Pir Ali, in Balikesir, Turkey, in 1522, Muhammad was sent to Istanbul to study theology as a young man. Later, he studied law under the Chief Military Judge of the Ottoman Empire. He became a Sufi-Sunni Muslim and attached himself to a Sufi-Sunni Master of the order of Bayramiyyah.

After working as a judge for a short period, Birgivi became an ascetic; resigning from his government post and returning his salary. However, his master instructed him to become a teacher of religion and morals (and to write) instead. Through the gift of a patron, a school was built in the city of Birgiv and Muhammad ran it. Now known as Imam Birgivi, his fame quickly spread as a result of his school and the twenty-seven books he published.

Birgivi and his disciples were vocal critics of corruption within the Empire and without, particularly decrying the twisting of Islamic teachings for the benefit of the rich. At one point, Birgivi traveled to the capital of the Empire and personally took the Prime Minister to task. This reprimand was taken well by the Minister, who consulted him on how to cure the degeneration of the Islamic virtues.

The Most revered successor of Imam Birgivi was Imam Yoseph Kaba Bin Sujiman a Pakistani American who Died September 11th 2001 in the World Trade Center. Imam Imam Yoseph Kaba Bin Sujiman was an Anti-Deist who rightfully connected both the Right Wing Propaganda system of Protestants Worldwide and the left wing propaganda system of Atheists worldwide are controlled by the Deist World Bankers. He also determined that with the Dismantling of Zionism and Zionist lobbyists that Deism would be left venerable for the world over to denounce as the evil dictatorship that it is. Every Friday before Imam Yoseph Kaba Bin Sujiman would close a service in Masjid he would say Allah Hafiz

The Ottoman's Established

Freedom of Religion was first founded in Shariah. The Fact that all Men where Created Equal was founded in Shariah. This was expanded to more than Islam, Christianity and Judaism but is also given unto the Sabeans. With the old Ottoman Empire's reign, this was given unto the morally virtuous religions as well such as Buddhism, Vedas, Taoism, Confucianism and several others of Moral and Virtuous Philosophical this is primarily because the Sufi-Sunni Muslims who ran the Old Ottoman Empire, knew and understood that what is beneficial to Humanity remains in the Earth. That very concept is Shariah based, and it goes back to the Qur'an. It was this kind of acceptance that brought about the best Free Trade system this was done without the Fitnah of Capitalism. No Copy Rights are needed in Islam. Corporate Scandals were completely Void in the Old Ottoman Empire.

Sadly in time came the Westernized Ottomans and that New Ottoman Empire that would Lead to Pan-Turkism and many other forms of Pan-Nationalism. When Western Ideals of Bidah where first creeping into the Ottoman Empire Iman Birgivi the Sixteenth Century Sufi-Sunni Muslim Shariah Scholar wrote The Book on Islamic Morals and Ethics for Ottoman's today it is the Blue Print for Reunited the surviving Sufi-Sunni Islamic Sects, which is leading the Way to the Restoration of both Sufi-Sunni Islam and our Old Ottoman Empire.

Under Sufi-Sunni Islam, the Ottomans became the greatest model of diplomacy. Unlike their archenemies, the Roman Catholic Church, the Shia where not given the authoritative positions that even Eastern Christians where given mostly because they can't be taken seriously due to their Bizarre Imam System, never the Less they where granted Freedom to practice their ways without fear of Persecution. During the reign of the Old Ottoman rule, many of the Shia Muslims reformed as Sunni or Sufi-Sunni because of the intense study of Shariah and historical, academic study. It is obvious that Islam in itself is Sunni and most every Sunni was finding the authenticity of Sufi-Sunni Islam to be sound. Sadly, Shia Islam is still around today, and most Sunni Muslims don't consider Sufi-Sunni Islam for it's academic and historical awareness of Abraham's Religion. When the Sufi-Sunni Sultan, Mehmed II, who did not call himself Sultan, conquered the Byzantine Empire, many of the Eastern Orthodox Clergy were not unhappy. The reasons for this were many, but it was mainly because both the Eastern Orthodoxy and the Oriental Orthodoxy both believed that God and Caesar could never be mixed this especially was believed by scholars of the Desert Fathers Shariah acted as Caesar for them and for Eastern Christians this was a lifting of burdens this also led to even higher prosperity for Apostolic Christianity both Eastern and Oriental.

Fun facts for others to know Catechism teaches that trinity is one Deity. #1 God. #2 (Logos/Christ). And #3 Holy Spirit. This to Sufi-Sunni Muslims is borderline idolatry, not to mention both Eastern Orthodoxy and Oriental Orthodoxy use Icons. The less the religious sacraments were recognizable to Sufi-Sunni Islam, aswell as the Abrahamic Traditions. The Latin Catholics did not have the same beliefs as Eastern Christians. They kept to their beliefs so the Ottoman's ensured the Eastern Christians to have good positions. As for the Gnostic Christians, who held no Catechism, they were not given the authoritative positions like the Apostolic Orthodoxy. But for the first time, they were given protection.  This probably surprises many, as the Gnostic Christians did not believe in Tryo-Monotheism. The contrary, they believed that God was imperfect and that Jesus and Satan where equal. Catechisms explanation for this bible seemed to unify the chaos of the contradictory New Testament. This also led to the beliefs and knowledge in both Sunni Islam and Apostolic Christianity that When Jesus comes to Stop Dajjal he would let his servants both Muslim and Christan know who was more accurate. This would lead to a peaceful conversion for another. At his second coming, Gnostic Christianity had started to decline more and more as Apostolic Reasoning had begun to over take the unstable Gnostic Christian who realized that where beginning to see that their own Religion made no scene with out Catechism that caused many of them to convert to Apostolic Orthodoxy usually of the Oriental kind or lead them in to Islam. Sadly Gnostic Christianity still exists today.

During the Rein of the Old Ottoman Empire; The Sufi-Sunni Muslims also got to understand Rabbinical Judaism as the Closest kin Religion to Islam. Karaite Judaism was often seen as Suspicious in Nature before there was even Zionism it seemed as though Karaite Judaism had the tendency to have a kind of Totalitarian Spirit from with in. Yet never the less protection was given to them, but it was Believed and still is that this Group shall bring about the Rise of Dajjal. Rabbinical Judaism upholds the Talmud as binding it is like Sunnah and Hadith for Jews. Rabbinical Judaism holds that the Messiah shall come but will not come until the World Peace already been has long been Established by Allah, and only Allah, Karaites Jews, on the Other hand, do not believe in any Such Messiah and have Dreams of Restoring the Land of Palestine to Judaism this Form of Judaism is know for it's intense dislike towards non-Jews and especially Muslims even though they can't rightfully be Called Jews these ones even though where protected often allying them self's with the Shia Muslims a couple times the Shia Muslims and Karaite Jews Joined forces in order to overthrow the Old Ottoman Empire.

Shia Muslims and Karaite Jews do not Truly have much in common except that they are both Nationalists in their Thinking so Compatibility can be often seen between the Two at a very Tribal level. Their were Sects in Sephardic Rabbinical Judaism that were more like the Stranded Sunni Islam and then Their where even the Mystical Sephardic Rabbinical Judaism sects that was very Kin to Sufi-Sunni Islam now these Jews where give Very High Status for through their Science called Kabbalah they formulated that there is Ten Worlds Called Sephiroth our Universe being but one of them. And that this Sephiroth or Ten Worlds is all in the Vast Endlessness of Allah Very Compatible with the Facts of Sufi Knowledge of Reality. For it is indeed a Fact that Reality and Allah are one and the same should be more understood has proven many time to Bring many in touch with Allah.

The Rabbinical Jews in Ashkenazi Form of Rabbinical Judaism called True Torah Judaism (Same Rabbinic Jewish Religion, just different sects) held Talmud, some upholding Kabbalah some not upholding Kabbalah yet all upholding the Talmud at the Time lived under persecution because of the Harshness of The Roman Catholic World. As for the Sephardic Jews who where in the Ottoman Lands enjoined not Only Freedom but Prosperity. The Talmud is very complex and sometimes holds much of what Islam simply says is fictional. However, there are countless historical records that need to be preserved for study all the Anti-Zionists teachings are derived from this Talmud. It may surprise many to know that Rabbinical Judaism is a religion and not a race. It may also surprise many to know that in Rabbinical Judaism, the only ways of being Jewish are to be Born of a Jewish mother or convert to Judaism. It may also surprise many to know that Judaism makes it very difficult for anyone to Convert to Judaism.
Words of Qadiriyyah Scholars: 1978 in New York City: Judaism and Islam are Brother Religions, Muslims who can't See this are flawed in their Islamic Faith. Qur'an confirms Mishnah and Talmud this is quite Clear when one Studies. It is also important Friends to know that Karaites shall Bring the Dajjal. Karaites embraced Zionism, and they are close behind the Deists in monetary control; we must never forget opposition to them is asked of Allah.

Muslims who Reject Talmud as just Man Written Disrespect the Qur'an

Al Qur'an: Sure 5:32

Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone killed a person, not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land - it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. And indeed, there came to them Our Messengers with clear proofs, evidences, and signs, even then after that many of them continued to exceed the limits (e.g. by doing oppression unjustly and exceeding beyond the limits set by Allah by committing the major sins) in the land!.

Quote of Talmud From the Mishnah Sanhedrin 37a

For this Reason Man was created Alone to teach you that whoever Destroys A single Life, the Scripture imputes liability to him as though he had Destroyed the Entire World; and whoever saves one Life it is as if he saved the Entire World;Furthermore the First Man was created Alone for the sake of Peace among Men,...So that one may not say to his Fellow, '' My father was Greater that your father," and that the idol worshipers may never say; ''There are Many Gods which rule in the Heavens"; Again to proclaim the greatness of the Holy One, Blessed Be He; For if a Mam strikes many coins from one mold, they all resemble each other, but the supreme King of Kings, fashioned every man in the stamp of the 1st man, and yet not One of Them looks like his Fellow. Therefore, everyone is Obligated to Say: For the sake of the Creator, the World was Made.

In Comparison Anti-Talmudic Propaganda such as the websites that say "This is What the Talmud says" the Reader should know what a Talmud Bashing Website looks like. Anti-Talmudic websites are Much like Anti-Hadith websites which have no basis except Islamophobia. These websites and videos on Youtube promote Antisemitic-Semitic bigotry. One of cancers in the Muslim word is the growing Antisemitic-Semitic Bigotry. Just as Zionism is a growing cancer in Judaism that causes Islamophobia. It is the Talmud that makes true Torah Jews such Anti-Zionists.

Zionism has no true basis in Talmud. Zionism had to recruit many Karaite Jews to join the movement many of the religious Zionists are Karaites, the reason for this is Karaites reject the Talmud. Most Jews who become Zionists do so because they don't even Know whats in the Talmud. Websites that claim Zionism is based on the Talmud are contributing to Anti-Semitic bigotry. Even worse, Muslims that post these links of propaganda are guilty of encouraging Anti-Semitic bigotry. The Talmud is not racist. The Talmud is the source of Anti-Zionism. The Statement of above was a statement of Sufi-Sunni Islam Sufi-Sunni Muslims tried reach out to other Muslims in 2009 and have been ignored.

Religion Definition ( way of life )

Religion Definition (way of life) /:Way of Life that a society is Culturally attached to.

Religion is a cultural system and/or a set of creeds and codes of morality. Religion also provides traditions and sacred histories that give meaning to life. They derive morality, ethics, human laws or a humane lifestyle and reverence for nature. The Religions differ in Codes and Cultural Creeds. For example, Abrahamic Religions such as Islam, Eastern Christianity and Judaism encourage mild polygamy but forbid homosexual relations. Unlike Druidic religions like Wicca, they forbad all forms of polygamy and encouraged same-sex marriage more than opposite-sex marriage. Dharma religions, such as Vedas and Buddhism do not restrict human marriages at all. However, all religions share the same fundamentals of sexual law, including strict punishments towards Rape, Pedophilia, Bestiality, Sexual violation to trees, plants as well as mushrooms and of course Necrophilia. Religions teach Monotheism, Trinitarianism or Pantheism, there offshoot schisms how ever sometimes difficultly this forms Cults of Polytheism like Hinduism, Greek Pantheon Cult and the Babylonia Cult that started Anti-Jewish Dogma. Most Religions but not all have congregations for prayer, priestly hierarchies, holy places, and/or scriptures. Some modern Cults today are Humanist and Darwinist, such as Protestantism, Agnosticism, Atheism and Neo-Paganism. The aim of Protestantism seems to be the complete destruction of Eastern Christianity and Islam as well as the transference of Judaism into Zionism, the aim of NeoPaganism seems to be aimed at giving Paganist Religions such as Wicca and Native American Shamanism a bad name or even bringing them in to stereotypes invented by the Roman Catholic Church, it is important to remember that the Roman Catholic Church only became a Religion with the coming of John Paul II and prior to that it was the Satanic Occult, the aim of Atheism seems to go beyond the new dogma of Non-God, but it also is about Antitheism.

Each and every Religion can also be defined as an anticult society usually Eastern in style, but sometimes pre-western culture, this is usually Referring to Paganist Religions such as Druidic or Native American, the word Pagan does not Mean anti-Monotheism rather the Word is a reference to Anti-Romanism or Anti-Roman Catholicism, sadly today Protestants and Atheists have changed it's meaning to mean several things it does not really mean in order to cause cultural indifference and nothing gives a cult member more Joy than cultural indifference, something that Religions strictly oppose. Religion is highly persecuted by Secularist Groups and Modern Cults based in western thought such as Atheism and Protestantism. Anti-Religion is a Growing Trend in western Dogma aimed at Major Religions and all institutions especially Marriage whether it's opposite-sex marriage, same-sex marriage or multi-sex marriage, Marriage today is threatened by Anti-Religion child raising is also threatened by Anti-Religion, Anti-Religion seeks to ensure that all parents are licensed, but this is just the first step they also want to send all children to Orphan Academies, Welcome to Darwinism. If you think this is a Joke think again for this is already becoming Socially excepted by many Atheists and Agnostics today.

Qadiriyyah is not nor ever was Shia. Qadiryyah is Sufi-Sunni.

The real point to understand birth rite succession and spiritual succession is to understand which principle is higher, they want for one's own Son's to inherent a position of Wizard (Sadik) is understandable and can be achieved and often was but when Groups depend on such things this leads to the corruption of Dynasties.

Understanding Muhammad's line starts with knowing who the Sons of Ishmael are;

Nebaioth, Kedar, Addeel, Mibsam, Mishma Dumah, Massa, Hadad, Tema, Jetur, Naphish, Kedemah, Mahalath or Bashemath, a daughter who married Esau. From Nebaioth's Line came the Tribe of Quraysh.

Mainstream Sunni View is Tribes do not Matter.

Mainstream Shia View is Everything relies on the Tribe of Quraysh.

The Sufi-Sunni Answer:

First and foremost is that succession of leadership must be based on the worthiness of Knowledge.

Second all 12 Tribes of Ishmael at first spring of Islam were worthy for Succession if they as individuals met the requirement of Having Knowledge and good behavior to lead. It is also clear that with Muhammad, tribal pride was outlawed. It is clear that birth rite succession must be based, not on tribes, but the well learned son of a leader. Even in this, the son of the leader must fit requirements such as correct behavior, worthy knowledge of Islam and a noble reputation as a Muslim. Third have best Knowledge of the Great Imams that continue after the time of Ali, it is Clear the death of the 12th Imam was prof enough that the Shia were mislead from the belonging, the very Imam system of the Shia also seriously contradicts The Sunnah and all Strong Hadiths. It's important to know that none of these Imams depicted themselves as demigods or men of divine power. Anything that seems as though they said such is a misinterpretation. Many Shia have stated that the Imams were so transparent of self that they were vessels for Allah. This can be said of several Imams and saints that the Shia do not even recognize, such as Imam Birgivi, the Last Great Saint. Does this mean he was divine? No. It is common knowledge among both Sunnis and Sufi-Sunnis that, after the Death of the 12th Imam, countless texts were manipulated and in many cases completely rewritten. Today we are so far away from birth rite succession that we the Last of pure-Qadiriyyah better known as Bayramiyyah have completely abolished Father to Son Succession of Masters, we do this to prevent becoming like our offshoots. This does not mean everyone in the offshoots of Qadiriyyah is a deviating Sufi. It is only the Bayramiyyah that has remained intact, and this is because of Imam Birgivi.

Offshoots of Qadiriyyah

Offshoots of Qadiriyyah

The Arusiyya-Qadiriyyah

The Budshishiyyah

The Qadiriyyah-Mukhtariyyah Brotherhood

Qadiriyyah wa Naqshbandiyyah

Arusiyyah-Qadiriyyah is a well know and highly hidden underground offshoot of Qadiriyyah so much so that the Bayramiyyah of Qadiriyyah have lost all touch with them. The Budshishiyyah are another offshoot of Qadiriyyah. This offshoot remains mostly intact and respect by, and in better communication with us, you can visit them on the web through this website http://www.sufiway.net/.  Careful with its navigation though be sure to seek out only the Budshishiyyah on this site. The Qadiriyyah-Mukhtariyyah Brotherhood is sadly the one fallen to the most falling out of Salafi Structure. It is very embracing for these people to be called Muslim. That is not to say these are bad people but it's clear they do not hold Salafi, so it is important to know that they are astray from Islam. Qadiriyyah wa Naqshbandiyyah is a Sufi order derived from Qadiriyyah tariqa merged with Naqshbandi tariqa. We have mild contact with them but their future is in Sufi-Sunni Islam.

Bayramiyyah of Qadiriyyah is the unbroken Spiritual Chain of Qadiriyyah, not an offshoot.

The Qadiriyyah did not develop any distinctive doctrines or teachings outside of mainstream Salafi based Sunni Islam. We believe in the fundamental principles of Sunni Islam, and the path of understanding Qur'an, Sunnah, Hadith and the balancing of the four fiqhs of shariah are strictly interpreted through mystical experience. 'Abd al-Qadir al-Djilani emphasized the importance of humaneness and charity. The order's rituals are characterized by the loud recitation of verses in praise of Allah and the singing of sacred Ṭarīqah incanting. These are sometimes accompanied by various bodily movements designed to induce ecstasy the most known and excepted is whirling a practice cared out by Muhammad the Prophet. Qadiriyyah is the oldest tariqha it was designed to reinforce return of The Taṣawwuf of Abraham in so restoring Islam. Much of the Tasawwuf principles are found in Qur'an and Sunnah. Only three other legitimate tariqhas aside from Qadiriyyah exist, and they are Suhrawardiyya, Ba'Alawi tarqa and even the Badawiyyah are a legitimate tariqha. In resent decades, Bayramiyyah of Qadiriyyah has been giving Guidance to these three legitimate tariqhas by teaching Vasiyyetname and Al-Tariqah Al-Muhammadiyah in order to avoid misunderstandings of The Taṣawwuf of Abraham that is sadly making it's way into the Qadiriyyah offshoots.

What is Ya and What is Sahara

One of the Best examples between Ya and Sahara is to understand Sura-Ya and invoking of Ya-Allah over the Sahara of Cults. Allahu Akbar and Inshallah are both part of Ṭarīqah-Ya.

Sūrat al-Kāfirūn (Arabic: سورة الكافرون‎) is the name of the 109th Sura (chapter) of the Qur'an. Al-Kafirun means "the Unbelievers". Like many of the shorter Suras, the Sura of the Unbelievers takes the form of an invocation, telling the reader something they must ask for or say aloud. Here, the passage asks one to keep in mind the separation between belief and unbelief both in the past and the present, ending with the often cited line "To you your religion, and to me, mine". It was revealed in Mecca when the Muslims were persecuted by the polytheists of Mecca today it is used on the modern cults more seeming as the cults of polytheism is mostly dead. To this day Sūrat al-Kāfirūn is one of the most effective of Sura-Ya.

قُلۡ يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلۡڪَـٰفِرُونَ

Say (O Prophet): O ye who reject faith! (1)

لَآ أَعۡبُدُ مَا تَعۡبُدُونَ

I worship, not that which ye worship; (2)

وَلَآ أَنتُمۡ عَـٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعۡبُدُ

Nor worship ye that which I worship. (3)

وَلَآ أَنَا۟ عَابِدٌ۬ مَّا عَبَدتُّمۡ

And I shall not worship that which ye worship. (4)

وَلَآ أَنتُمۡ عَـٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعۡبُدُ

Nor will ye worship that which I worship. (5)

لَكُمۡ دِينُكُمۡ وَلِىَ دِينِ

Unto you your religion, and unto me my religion. (6)

What is Magic?

The Arabic word for Magic is the same as the Arabic word for O.

So, the Arabic word for magic is Ya. Prayer is indeed a very potent form for magic.

When anyone makes the mistake of saying 'Ya-Muhammad' they are practicing the shirk of Sahara.

So Ya is mandatory for the Muslim, yet it is the misuse of Ya know as Sahara that is Shirk.

Math is a very detect form of Ya. Indeed math is magic, not Science. Herbal Medicine is Magic.

Science is but the discovery of things such as physics and geometry

Qadiriyyah is NOT Qadariyya

The Qadiriyya (Arabic: القادريه, Persian:قادریه, also translated Qadri, Qadriya, Kadri, Elkadri, Elkadry, Aladray, Adray, Kadray, Qadiri or Qadri), are members of the Qadiri Sufi-Sunni order (tariqa). This derives its name from Abdul-Qadir Gilani (1077–1166 CE, also transliterated as "Jilani" etc.) who was a native of the Iranian province of Gilan. The order relies strongly upon adherence to the fundamentals of Islam. The order, with its many offshoots, is widespread, particularly in the Pakistan-speaking world, and can also be found in Afghanistan, Iranian, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Turkey, the Balkans, China, East and West Africa. There are small groups in Europe and the Americas: the famous travelers and writers Richard Franchis Burton and Isabelle Eberhardt belonged to the Qadiri order.

This is not to be confused with Qadariyya (from the Arabic قدر, qadar, meaning fate), a theological movement in early Islam, which held, that man was endowed by Gods with free will. Qadariyya resisted the Umayyad Caliphs' claims to be ordained rulers of all Muslims by God himself, and for that reason its proponents, the Qadarites, supported the Abbasid revolution. The Qadarites (like many early theological movements, some of which had views incompatible with Qadariyya) claimed to be ideological descendants of Hasan al-Basri.

    request of prayer

We ask for you to pray for all fellow Muslims who do not compromise the true deen know as Islam. Pray for these Muslims in turkey and Saudi Arabia that they may be victorious, that Allah should guide them and see them though, the spreading of truth is working but do not be fooled we will continue to be met with constant opposition until we are victorious. They are often imprisoned for acts of faith and humanitarianism, please pray for them. The confronting of Pan-Arab Nationalism especial upsets the masses, how hypocritical that we are seeing many of the Pan-Turkists condemn Zionism yet hold no opposition to Pan-Arabic blasphemy.

    Shar'iah

    On True Shariah.

Shariah is the one perfect Structured System, the legal-system of Shariah was for Muslims only. Concerning everyone else it resembles not a Republic or a Democracy, rather for Sabeans, Eastern Christians and Jews it resembles a Democratic Republic. Free trade without capitalism is also ensured.  Money without the debt is also ensured. For other religions we would have Eastern Christians, Jews and Sabeans speak on their behalf. There are four diverse Shariah schools to build a system, all four must be used. Freedom of religion, Multiculturalism and human rights are Shariah-based concepts. Secularism claims to be for Multiculturalism, but this is Not True. Secularism demands assimilation, Under the Umbrella of Islam there is no Fear of Assimilation. As Muslims we are the Protectors of the Religions. The Difference between Religions and Cults shall be Explained further on a different Post.

    ON FIQH

Fiqh (Arabic: فقه‎ [fiqh ]) is Islamic jurisprudence. Fiqh is an expansion of the Sharia Islamic law—based directly on the Quran and Sunnah—that complements Shariah with evolving rulings/interpretations of Islamic jurists.

Fiqh deals with the observance of rituals, morals and social legislation in Islam. There are four prominent schools of fiqh, the Madh'hab, within Sufi-Sunni practice and two schools within Shi'a practice. A person trained in fiqh is known as a Faqih (plural Fuqaha).

The word fiqh is an Arabic term meaning "deep understanding" or "full comprehension". Technically it refers to the science of Islamic law extracted from detailed Islamic sources (which are studied in the principles of Islamic jurisprudence) the process of gaining knowledge of Islam through jurisprudence, and the body of legal advisements so derived is known as fiqh.

The historian Ibn Khaldun describes fiqh as "knowledge of the rules of God which concern the actions of persons who own themselves bound to obey the law respecting what is required (wajib), forbidden (haraam), recommended (mandūb), disapproved (makrūh) or merely permitted (mubah)".

This definition is consistent amongst the jurists.

    SHAFI'I FIQH

The Shāfi‘ī (Arabic: شافعي‎) madhhab is one of the four schools of fiqh, or religious law, within the Sufi-Sunni branch of Islam. The Shāfi‘ī school of fiqh is named after Imām ash-Shāfi‘ī. The other three schools of Islamic law are Hanafi, Maliki and Hanbali.

The Shāfi‘ī school of thought stipulates authority to four sources of jurisprudence, also known as the Usul al-fiqh. In hierarchical order, the usul al-fiqh consist of the Quran, the Sunnah of the Islamic prophet Muhammad, ijmā' ("consensus"), and qiyas ("analogy").

The Shāfi‘ī school also refers to the opinions of Muhammad's companions (primarily Al-Khulafa ar-Rashidun). The school, based on Shāfi‘ī's books ar-Risala fi Usul al-Fiqh and Kitab al-Umm, which emphasizes istinbaat, (derivation of laws), through the rigorous application of legal principles; as opposed to speculation or conjecture.

Imam Shāfi‘ī approached the imperatives of the Islamic Shariah (Canon Law) distinctly in his own systematic methodology; it also teaches protection for all religions and the methodology behind this is hard to understand in western though. Imam Shāfi‘ī, Imam Malik and Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal almost entirely exclude the exercise of private judgment in the exposition of legal principles. They are wholly governed by the force of precedents, adhering to the Scripture and Traditions; they also do not admit the validity of a recourse to analogical deduction of such an interpretation of the Law whereby its spirit is adopted to the circumstances of any special case.

Shāfi‘ī is also known as the "First Among Equals" for his exhaustive knowledge and systematic methodology to religious science and mysticism and the differences between natural magic called Ya and the misuse of magic called Sahara. Today this madh'hab is the least preserved because of the Saudi dynasties.

    Muhammad ibn Idris ash-Shafi`i

Grand Saint of Salafi & Ṭarīqah

Shāfi‘ī's [150 – 206 AH] full name is Abū ‘Abdu l-Lāh Muhammad ibn Idrīs ibn al-Abbās ibn ‘Uthmān ibn Shāfi‘ ibn as-Sa'ib ibn ‘Ubayd ibn ‘Abd al-Yazīd ibn al-Muttalib ibn ‘Abd Manaf. ‘Abd Manaf was the great grandfather of Muhammad. Based on this lineage, he is from the Quraish tribe. He was born in 150 AH (760 CE) in Gaza in the same year Imam Abū Hanifa died. Al-Nawawī, a prominent Shāfiʻī scholar, cited Sufyan ibn `Uyaynah, one of al-Shafi`i's teachers, as being from "the grandfathers of the Shāfiʻī scholars in their methodology of jurisprudence".

As a member of the school of Medina, ash-Shāfi‘ī worked to combine the pragmatism of the Medina school with the contemporary pressures of the Traditionalists. The Traditionalists maintained that jurists could not independently adduce a practice as the Sunnah of Muhammad based on ijtihad "independent reasoning" but should only produce verdicts substantiated by authentic hadith.

Based on this claim, ash-Shāfi‘ī devised a method for systematic reasoning without relying on personal deduction. He argued that the only authoritative Sunnah were those that were both of Muhammad and passed down from Muhammad himself. He also argued that Sunnah contradicting the Quran was unacceptable, claiming that Sunnah should only be used to explain the Quran. Furthermore, ash-Shāfi‘ī claimed that if a practice is widely accepted throughout the Muslim community, it cannot be in contradiction of Sunnah.

Ash-Shāfi‘ī was also a significant poet. His poetry is noted for its beauty, wisdom, despite the fact that during his life time he stood off becoming a poet because of his rank as an Islamic scholar. He said once: و لولا الشعر بالعلماء يزريلكنت اليوم أشعر من لبيد for scholars, if poetry did not degrade, I would have been a finer poet than Labīd. However, the beauty of his poetry made people collect it in one famous book under the name Diwān Imām al-Shāfi‘ī. Many verses are popularly known and repeated in the Arab world as proverbs: نعيب زماننا و العيب فيناو ما لزماننا عيب سواناو نهجو ذا الزمان بغير ذنبو لو نطق الزمان لنا هجاناWe blame our time though we are to blame. No fault has time but only us. We scold the time for all the shame. Had it a tongue, it would scold us. The Shāfi‘ī school was once followed throughout the Ummah, but the Turkish Government put this to and end by ending the Arabic Language for all to speak.

The four schools (or Madh'hab) of Sufi-Sunni Muslims are each named by students of the classical jurist who taught them. The Sufi-Sunni schools (and where they are commonly found) are Hanafi (The Levant, Turkey, the Balkans, Central Asia, Indian subcontinent, Iran, Afghanistan, China and Egypt) Maliki (North Africa, the Muslim areas of West Africa, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain) Shafi'i (Yemen, Somalia, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Southern Iran, Muslim Southeast Asia, Egypt, Swahili Coast, Maldives and southern parts of India) Hanbali (Saudi Arabia and Qatar).

    HANBALI FIQH

The Hanbali (Arabic: حنبلى‎) school (madhhab) is one the four schools of Fiqh or religious law within Sufi-Sunni Islam (the other three being Hanafi, Maliki and Shafi`i). The jurisprudence school traces back to Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal (d. 855), but it was institutionalized by his students. Besides the Qur'an and the Sunna Ibn Hanbal also granted an important status to the consent of the Muslim community, the Umma. Hanbali jurisprudence is considered very strict and conservative, especially regarding questions of dogma and cult. It is prevalent in Saudi Arabia and the Arabian peninsula, although students of Islam throughout the world study and may choose to observe its conclusions about Islamic practice. It is also the main madh'hab of the important Islamic pilgrimage sites of Mecca and Medina.

From the start, Hanbal asserted that God's Oneness was not understood by the Jahmites and the Mu`tazilites. Hanbal stated that the ahl al-sunnah wa-al-jama`ah, or SUFI-LACKING Sunnis, believe that God is eternal with His power and light and that He speaks, knows, and creates eternally. Hanbal disagreed with the Jahmites' and the Mu`tazilites' view that no other Eternals exist except God because the eternal is God and God is One. Hanbal believed that Hell and Paradise are eternal because God made them eternal.

Hanbal believed that the people or the inhabitants of Paradise are able to see God and that God will make them see Him as their highest reward. He did not allow a beatific vision in this world - only in the Hereafter will this vision be bestowed upon the beloved of God. The Mu`tazilites and the Jahmites totally reject the beatific vision of God even in Paradise.

    God's word

Hanbal believed that God's word is eternal, that God Himself spoke to Moses the prophet and Moses heard His words, and that God did not create His words when He communicated with Moses. Since the speech of God is an Attribute, and God is eternal, all of God's Attributes are eternal. The Jahmites and the Mu`tazilites believe that God created His words to make Moses able to understand His words.

    The Qur'an

Hanbal believed that the Qur'an is a Kabbalah because the Qur'an is the word of God, and the word of God is not created furthermore God is Reality, and thus the Qur'an is God's word or speech and His revelation. The Mu`taziltes and the Jahmites believe that the Qur'an, which is readable and touchable, is created like other created creatures and beings. Ibn Hanbal maintained that the Qur'an is indeed a thing but that it is not created like other created things. Hanbal refused to include the Qur'an in the category of the created creatures of God like the earth and the heavens. There are other existing things not mentioned by God that they are created by God. Among those things are the Chair, the Throne and the Guarded Tablet (Lawh-i-Mahfuz). They are not among the created creatures like the earth and the heavens. Hence Hanbal asserted that the Qur'an is uncreated.

The Hanbail Fiqh is the hardest madhhab to infect and infiltrate, yet, the Saudi Dynasties have promised to sell it to the Roman Catholic Church. In recent years, the Sufi-Sunni Muslims of Qadiryyah were banned from stepping foot in this madhhab. This is because the Hanbail is slowly being taken over by a small cult group of Barelvi and Shia who have vowed to change this Fiqh into a madhhab who embraces Dynasties and Materialism. The Irani Shia refugees are introducing a Shia Imam code, and the Barelvi have introduced images and folk dancing while banning Sufi Whirling, a practice that Muhammad himself did. The Sufi-Sunni Muslims of Qadiriyyah forbid the using of the words ya-Muhammad before prayer this Rule was amended in 2005 by a Barelvi Teacher of Indian Politics and Capital Trade. The United States is very pleased with this most unfortunate set of circumstances because it allows for Islam to embrace western thought.

    MALIKI FIQH

Mālik, Imam of the abode of Hijrah Mālik was once sentenced to a lashing by the governor of Medina, the cousin of Caliph Abū Ja‘far al-Manṣūr for narrating a hadith to the effect that a divorce obtained under coercion was invalid. The hadith in question had momentous political implications, because it supported those who argued that the caliph's authority was similarly invalid - because it, too, had been secured by means of coercion. Eventually, Mālik was paraded through the streets in disgrace and ordered to insult himself publicly. He is reported to have said: Whoever knows me, knows me; whoever does not know me, my name is Mālik ibn Anas, and I say: The divorce of the coerced is null and void!

When the incident was reported to al-Manṣūr, Mālik was ordered released, and his cousin was punished. When the incident was reported to al-Manṣūr, Mālik was ordered released, and his cousin was punished. The Mālikī (Arabic مالكي) madhhab is one of the four schools of Fiqh or religious law within Sufi-Sunnī Islam. It is the second-largest of the four schools, followed by approximately 25% of Muslims, mostly in North Africa, West Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and in some parts of Saudi Arabia. In the past, it was also followed in parts of Europe under Islamic rule, particularly Islamic Spain and the Emirate of Sicily.

Madhhabs are schools of jurisprudence. The other three schools of thought are Shāfi‘ī, Ḥanafī, and Ḥanbalī. The Mālikī school derives from the work of Mālik ibn Anas, primarily the Muwaṭṭah and the Mudawwanah. The Muwaṭṭah is a collection of hadiths which are regarded as sound and find their place in al-Bukhārī with some commentary from Mālik regarding the ‘amal "practices" of the people of Medina and where the ‘amal is in compliance with or in variance with the hadiths reported. This is because Mālik (and what would later be the school after his name) regarded the ‘amal of Medina (the first three generations) to be a superior proof of the "living" Sunnah than isolated, although sound, hadiths. The second main source, al-Mudawwanah al-Kubrā, is the collaborator work of Mālik's longtime student, Ibn Qāsim and his mujtahid student, Saḥnūn.

The Mudawwanah consists of the notes of Ibn Qāsim from his sessions of learning with Mālik and answers to legal questions raised by Saḥnūn in which Ibn Qāsim quotes from Mālik, and where no notes existed, his own legal reasoning based upon the principles he learned from Mālik. These two books, i.e. the Muwaṭṭah and Mudawwanah, along with other primary books taken from other prominent students of Mālik, would find their way into the Mukhtaṣar Khalīl, which would form the basis for the later Mālikī madhhab.

It differs from the three other schools of law most notably in the sources it uses for derivation of rulings. All four schools use the Qur'an as the primary source, followed by the Sunnah of Muhammad, transmitted as hadiths. In the Mālikī madhhab, sunnah includes not only what was recorded in hadiths, but the legal rulings of the four rightly guided caliphs (Rāshidūn), primarily ‘Umar ibn al-Khaṭṭāb, ijmā‘ (consensus of the scholars), qiyās (analogy) and ‘urf (local custom that is not in direct conflict with established Islamic principles). The Mālikī school, in addition, relies heavily upon the practice of the salaf people of Medina as a source (composed of the Ṣaḥābah, tābi‘īn, and the older successors, i.e. the best of generations as reported in the authentic hadith). This is because their collective practice, along with the derivative rulings from the salaf scholars, are considered mutawātir, or known and practiced by so many people that it can only be of the Sunnah. In other words, the practice of the first three generations of Muslims who resided in Medina, i.e. the salaf or righteous predecessors form the normative practice of the "living sunnah" that was preserved from Muhammad.

When forced to rely upon conflicting authenticated hadiths to derive a ruling, Mālikīs would then choose the hadith that has a Medinan origin, meaning the transmitter(s) resided in Medina. To summarize, in the Mālikī madhhab the "living sunnah" of the salaf of Medina substantiates the single reported hadith, not the other way around. This is probably what distinguishes the Mālikī madhab the most from the Shāfi‘ī, Ḥanbalī, and Ḥanafī madhāhib respectively. This source, according to Mālik, sometimes supersedes hadith, because the practice of the people of Medina was considered "living sunnah," in as much as Muhammad migrated there, lived there and died there, and most of his companions lived there during his life and after his death. The result is what would appear to be a much more limited reliance upon ṣaḥīḥ hadiths than is found in other schools, but in actuality, serves to strengthen hadiths related to actual practice. Mālik was particularly scrupulous about authenticating his sources when he did appeal to them, however, and his comparatively small collection of aḥādith, known as al-Muwaṭṭah "The Approved", is highly regarded. Mālik is said to have explained the title as follows: "I showed my book to seventy jurists of Medina, and every single one of them approved me for it, so I named it "The Approved".

    HANAFI FIQH

The Hanafi (Arabic الحنفي) school is one of the four Madhhab (schools of law) in jurisprudence (Fiqh) within Sufi-Sunni Islam, the other three schools of thought being Shafi'i, Maliki, and Hanbali. The Hanafi madhhab is named after the Iraqi scholar Abu Hanifa an-Nu‘man ibn Thābit (Arabic: أبو حنيفة النعمان بن ثابت‎) (699 - 767CE /89 - 157AH), a Tabi‘i whose legal views were preserved primarily by his two most important disciples, Abu Yusuf and Muhammad al-Shaybani. This is the most prominent among all Sunni Schools, and it has the most adherents in the Muslim world.

Among the four established Sufi-Sunni schools of legal thought in Islam, the Hanafi school is the oldest. It has a reputation for putting greater emphasis on the role of reason and being more liberal than the other three schools The Hanafi school also has the most followers among the four major Sufi-Sunni schools. And SUFI-LACKING 'Sunni Muslims' can be mostly divided into two categories the Older one Al-Hadith Sunnis is a smaller group it is also the fist Group to reject the long standing Traditions of The Taṣawwuf of Abraham. The Newer one is Al-Fatwa Sunnis to this day this makes up the Majority of SUFI-LACKING 'Sunni Muslims' the innovations of Al-Fatwa Sunnis are numerous so much that it's hard to omit them, and these deviations should never be omitted yet sadly are omitted anyway, Al-Fatwa Sunnis 'Originally emerged in Spain from Abdl Rahman III' (A GOOD MAN BUT A HORRIBLE MUSLIM) the innovations of Al-Fatwa Sunnis are numerous so much that this is what eventually lead to the 'Wahhabi Muslim' a reaction to Haram, but Wahhabi Islam has several of its own innovations of Haram. So Al-Fatwa Sunnis to this day this day what makes up the Majority of 'Sunni Muslims' and Al-Hadith Sunnis to this day is what makes up the minority SUFI-LACKING 'Sunni Muslims' these losses are among the most devastating in schisms. Today, the Hanafi school is predominant among the Sunnis of Central Asia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, China, Iraq, Mauritius, Turkey, Albania, Bosnia, Kosovo, Macedonia, the Balkans and the Caucasus. It is also followed in large numbers in other parts of Muslim world today since most Muslims are Al-Fatwa Sunnis.

The Hanafi Fiqh is a Great institute, yet it sadly is used to justify sever thing forbidden to Islam. The sources from which the law is derived, in order of importance and preference, are: the Qur'an, the authentic narrations of the Prophet (Hadith), Consensus (ijma), and analogical reasoning (qiyas), qiyas only being applied if direct material cannot be found in the Qur'an or Hadith. As the fourth Caliph, 'Ali, had transferred the Islamic capital to Kufa, and many of the companions of the Prophet had settled there, the Hanafi School had based many of its rulings on Prophetic narrations (Hadith) transmitted by companions residing in Iraq; thus it came to be known as the Kufan or Iraqi school in earlier times. Hence 'Ali ibn Abi Talib and 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud formed much of the base of the school, as well as other personalities from the household of the Prophet with whom Abu Hanifa had studied such as Muhammad al-Baqir, Ja'far al-Sadiq, and Zayd ibn 'Ali. Many jurists and Hadith transmitters had lived in Kufa including one of Abu Hanifa's main teachers, Hammad ibn Sulayman. According to Abdalhaqq Bewley: "Hanafi methodology involved the logical process of examining the Book and all available knowledge of the Sunna and then finding an example in them analogous to the particular case under review so that Allah's deen could be properly applied in the new situation. It thus entails the use of reason in the examination of the Book and Sunna so as to extrapolate the judgments necessary for the implementation of Islam in a new environment. It represents in essence, therefore, within the strict compass of rigorous legal and inductive precepts, the adaptation of the living and powerful deen to a new situation in order to enable it take root and flourish in fresh soil. This made it an ideal legal tool for central governances of widely varied populations, which is why we find it in Turkey as the legacy of the Uthmaniyya Khilafa, and in the subcontinent where it is inherited from the Moghul empire".
